Provision of IFAD Headquarters multiservice (cleaning, porterage, waste management, pest control and transport of goods)

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for HQ Multiservice. IFAD seeks an integrated management service regarding Facility Management activities that: IFAD intends to entrust the following integrated services to a sole expert and reliable partner: • cleaning • porterage • waste management • pest and rodent control • other services on request All the activities to be carried out break down into: • Ordinary activities: Activities, services and supplies included in the amounts remunerated by a fee and defined with reference to the technical specifications of the individual services. Continuous or periodic services provided against payment of an annual fee; Extraordinary activities: Activities/services that are not included within the ordinary activities remunerated by a fee. These activities/services are carried out on notification or request by IFAD and with prior authorisation from the IFAD Facility Manager. The payments relating to these activities/services are determined in accordance with price lists that should be submitted as part of this tender exercise.
