Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is inviting Institutions to Bid number LRFP number 9203536  MOHP SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PPE for MOHP

 

 

Kindly find attached :

 

The bidding document, including the Specifications & quantities of each item,  Submission guidelines , Specific Terms and Conditions, Criteria of assessment ( technical & financial ) and General Terms and Conditions .

 

 

Deadline expected to receive proposals is 11 May  2026 at 3 PM Cairo Time

 

Kindly note that :

 

  1. Samples for the first 7 items in the tender document are required (The address is Street 14 at the intersection with Street 87, Maadi, Cairo )

 

  1. Please indicate if the VAT is included or excluded .

 

 

Technical and financial proposals should be submitted separately,   E-mailed submission is requested, , please make sure that it is sent to a secure e-mail address accessible only by the designated staff for the receipt of bids or proposals which is egy-bids@unicef.org ( please send the proposals to this email only ) , if offers will be sent to other email addresses even in CC, the company will be unfortunately disqualified .  

 

 The proposals should be attached to the e-mail submission, and all attachment should be in a non-editable format, for example secure PDF format or an image format such as JPEG.

 

Please make sure that technical proposal will be sent separately and the file name is clearly reflected that . Another file should be for the financial offer . Please make sure that the title of the bid as per the below is in the subject email :

UNICEF also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions when issuing the final contract documents.
