UNDP Nigeria Country Office is seeking to contract a highly competent, skilled and experienced  professional Technical Building & Facilities Maintenance Services company to provide Technical Building & Facilities Maintenance at UN House Abuja which accommodates a host of United Nations Agencies, Funds and Programmes including but not limited to UNDP, UNDSS, WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, FAO, UN Women, UNIDO, UNODC, UN RCO, UNAIDS, WMO, WIPO, UNHABITAT, UNIC, UNOPS, UNSE4ALL, UN GCO, ILO and UNESCO. This scope project description also extends to other UN Offices within Abuja and other states of the Federation for which additional personnel may be required.


The required services shall consist of routine high-level Technical Building & Facilities Maintenance services of all the buildings and Offices within UN House premises on daily basis during the contract period. The company shall follow global best practice methods/techniques, and use environmentally friendly consumables & products, which are designed to reduce the impact on the environment. 


The resultant contract will be signed between the selected company (hereinafter known as the Service Provider) and United Nations Development Programme (hereinafter known as the lead Agency). 


The selected contractor will be granted for one-year contract renewable twice subject to satisfactory performance during the first six-month. The total duration of this contract will not exceed three (3) years.
