UNICEF has now advertised a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for Support to the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine on Strategic Communication on Social Sector Reforms, and Social Change Campaign on Inclusion for People with Disabilities (2 LOTS).
