Description

PSP France would like to identify qualified companies and sign several year agreements to develop and support fundraising activities among the general public, with a focus on digital channels but not limited to them, with the goal of driving growth in terms of acquisition and retention.
More precisely, PSP France would like to establish frame agreements to support UNHCR in developing and managing the online and offline media buying and creative content production, to recruit and retain quality donors, with a specific focus on donor acquisition, to:

Increase donations both one-off and regular.

Improve donor cultivation and long-term value.

Collaborate with UNHCR France other agencies (Direct Mail for instance) to participate to a 360-donor journey.
The essential services UNHCR requires for this RFP are outlined in section 3, 'Core Requirements' Annex A ToR.
UNHCR may award multiple contracts under each Lot to ensure supply security. Awarding multiple vendors for a simultaneous working agreement supports UNHCR PSP France strategy in which vendors’ performance and quality assurance are and will be reviewed on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to maximize the return on investment and adapt activities if needed.
The services are split into three different lots as per below list:
LOT 1 – Digital strategy and online paid media
LOT 2 – Off-line media buying
LOT3 - Campaign & creative strategy (incl. Marketing strategy, creative concept and content production)
