Without limiting Article 24 (Proposers responsibility) proposers shall not rely upon any information, statement or representation made at the pre-proposal conference unless that information, statement or representation is confirmed by UNDP in writing.

The pre-proposal session will be conducted online on April 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM Beirut Local Time.
