Call for External Collaborators- International SCORE Expert Trainer: Technical support for SCORE Hospitality Coaching (HoCo) implementation and adaptation to strengthen youth friendly workplaces to promote youth employment in the hospitality sector

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment aims to provide technical support to the Youth Employment Promotion Project (YEPP) in localizing and implementing the SCORE Hospitality Cooperation (HoCo) module in selected hotels in Mongolia. The international SCORE Expert Trainer will support the effective rollout of the module by adapting training materials, delivering Training of Trainers (ToT), supervising Training of Enterprises (ToE), and strengthening the capacity of national trainers through ongoing technical guidance and coaching. The assignment seeks to improve workplace cooperation, service quality, and youth-friendly human resource practices in the hospitality sector, contributing to increased productivity and expanded youth employment opportunities. A total of 45 working days is foreseen for the assignment, covering the period from 15 May to 30 September 2026, and structured around six key deliverables, including module adaptation, trainer and enterprise selection, training delivery and supervision, technical guidance and quality control, progress review workshops, and submission of a final report with an assessment relevant to trainer certification.
