Consultancy Title:  Strategic Technical Advisory Support for Frontier Track Blended Financing Solutions

Type of Contract: Firm Level professional services

Duration of contract: 12 Months 

Duty Station: Home based and workshop in person (to be communicated)

General Objective:
The general objective of the assignment is to provide strategic advisory support to the Joint SDG Fund Secretariat, Resident Coordinators, UN Country Teams and Developing Countries governments (as required) to guide the design and structuring of high-impact blended financing solutions under the Frontier Track.

Scope of the assignment
The contracted firm will provide strategic advisory support to the Joint SDG Fund throughout the 2026 programme cycle, with specific focus on:
  • Strategic Advisory and Programme Design
  • Provide advisory inputs and review of financial models, leverage projections, and sustainability pathways developed by Joint Programme teams and their partners.
  • Strategic Matchmaking and Partnership Development
  • In-Person Co-Design Participation and Capacity Building
