Long-term supply of petroleum, oil and lubricants and provision of associated services to the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP).)

The United Nations is seeking expressions of interest from qualified firms for the long-term supply of petroleum, oil and lubricants as well as associated services to the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP). The requirement includes the supply and delivery of Jet A-1, Diesel, Gasoline and Oils and Lubricants and associated support services through existing commercial facilities / installations / services at the DPs/ locations and deliver to Bulk Delivery Points and Generator Locations. The UN might consider the split award between: (i) Aviation fuel (Jet A-1) and (ii) Ground fuels (diesel and gasoline), Oils and lubricants. The full details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents. Formal solicitation will require the submission of bid securities. No further details of the requirements will be provided until the solicitation is issued. Note: Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest does not constitute a soclitation; and the United Nations Procuremement Division reserves the right to change or cancel this Request for EOI. Interested bidders also need to comply with the pre-qualification criteria detailed in the next section. Specific Requirements/Information Pre-qualification Criteria: Interested bidders are required to provide proof that the bidder has experience delivering fuel anywhere in the world e.g.(i) copy of valid fuel service license in Cyprus or any other country OR (ii) copy of audited financial statements where the activity of delivering fuel services is explicitly mentioned, etc.) OR (iii) a copy of an agreement with a subsupplier that has proven experience delivering fuel, alongside the corresponding proof for the sub-supplier.
