Description

UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, is the United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency. Our mission is to deliver a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe, and every young persons potential is fulfilled. UNFPA works in more than 150 countries and territories, reaching hundreds of millions of women, girls, and young people.

UNFPAs Individual Giving Programme (IGP) is a strategic initiative designed to diversify the organizations funding base by cultivating direct relationships with individual donors. The programme focuses on building sustainable, long-term revenue streams through various giving channels, with a particular emphasis on recurring donations.

IGP operates through digital fundraising campaigns, direct response marketing, and donor stewardship activities to engage supporters worldwide. The programme utilizes Fundraise Up as its primary donation platform, which enables seamless online giving experiences for donors.

UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service: Provide comprehensive donor support services for UNFPAs IGP, encompassing both inbound and outbound activities, subject to UNFPA approval, donor consent/preferences, and agreed workflows.

Provide timely, professional, and empathetic responses to all donor inquiries within established service level agreements.

Protect donor trust and brand reputation through consistent tone and compliance.

Support monthly donor retention through both proactive and reactive retention strategies.

Proactive retention may include early engagement touchpoints such as welcome calls to new monthly donors, follow-up outreach within the first 30–60 days of sign-up, and upgrade requests for emergencies.

Reactive retention includes structured retention efforts when a cancellation request is received, such as offering alternatives (e.g., amount adjustment, temporary pause) before processing the cancellation, in line with UNFPA-approved scripts and workflows.

Maintain donor satisfaction rates of 90% or higher through quality interactions.

Provide regular reporting on donor inquiry trends, volumes, reimbursement request rates, reactive retention rates, and resolution rates.

Coordinate with UNFPA’s donor management team to escalate complex cases (high-value donor issues, legacy giving, legal threats, media attention, reputational risks).
