Description
The reference number of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is UNDP/UGA/ITB/2026/001. The civil works include the Construction of features to protect two Spring Wells in Nakamondo and Mugungu in Busia as further described in Section 5 of this ITB.

A mandatory site visit will be held on 7th May 2026 at 10am in Busia Contact Person Eng Faisal Kiberu (0772605420) bwireevans8@gmail.com. Kindly confirm with Eng. Faisal via mail and keep ug.procurement@undp.org in copy

Please submit your bid on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than indicated date in Quantum, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.
