Description
The facility will comprise a diesel fuel storage depot with a total capacity of 200,000 litres, designed in accordance with international safety, environmental, and operational standards. UNDOF therefore seeks a qualified contractor capable of delivering a complete turnkey solution, including engineering design, regulatory coordination, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of the facility as per below details: Scope: The Contractor shall provide a complete turn-key solution for the establishment of UNDOF diesel storage facility within the UNDOF Headquarters compound. In particular, the Contractor is requested to: a. Conducting site survey and feasibility analysis. b. Performing security risk assessment. c. Conducting environmental impact assessment. d. Preparing engineering design and layout. e. Proposing the optimal storage technology and installation solution. f. Obtaining all required permits and approvals from relevant governmental authorities. g. Supplying, installing, and commissioning the full fuel storage system. h. Providing documentation, testing, and training required for operational handover. Fuel Reserve Capacity: The facility shall be designed to provide an usable diesel storage capacity of 200,000 litres, designated as the UNDOF Fuel Reserve. The storage system shall be designed to: a. Ensure safe long-term storage of diesel fuel b. Maintain fuel quality integrity c. Allow safe fuel receipt d. Merge and integrate with the existing dispensing point e. Enable accurate inventory monitoring The Contractor shall propose the most appropriate configuration to ensure operational safety, redundancy, and environmental protection. NOTE: This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNDOF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only those prospective companies that are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission will receive the final Solicitation Documents.
