Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • The consultant will design a gender-sensitive impact survey methodology aligned with project KPIs, including development of survey tools and a detailed workplan. S/he will conduct qualitative fieldwork through focus group discussions and key informant interviews with project stakeholders across selected provinces. • The consultant will analyse collected data to identify key changes and impacts, and present preliminary findings in a stakeholder validation workshop. Final deliverables will include a comprehensive impact survey report and presentation materials with clear, evidence-based findings and recommendations.
