Are there technical specifications for the existing system or fault records to facilitate the evaluation process?A:The evaluation and design of an alternative central air conditioning system is no longer part of the scope of work; bidders are requested to refer to Annex 04Q:Should the prices presented in the financial offer include sales tax, or is the project exempt because it is funded by an international entity?A:The project is tax-exempt.Q:Please kindly extend the deadline for submitting bids, as the original submission date of April 30, 2026 falls on a public holiday.
