If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP:

1. Please acknowledge receipt of this RFP by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a proposal or not, no later than Monday, April 13, 2026

2. Please submit any requests for clarification no later than Wednesday, April 15, 2026

3. Please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this RFP and submit it no later than Wednesday, April 29, 2026
