Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Contractor shall develop a comprehensive analytical paper assessing the level of alignment of Ukrainian labour inspection legislation and practice with ILO Conventions No. 81 and No. 129 and proposing a roadmap for legislative and institutional, practical alignment in the context of EU accession (Chapter 19) and national policy priorities.
