New clarification added: Question :1. It is mentioned that "All proposals shall be submitted inclusive of any direct taxes (customs duties and indirect taxes, such as sales taxes, VAT, taxes on commodities such as fuel)" - please confirm where will billings/ invoicing be done? From vendor main office location to UN BKK? Or to Denmark? 2. Please also advise how will any travel and living expenses for in-person that may be incurred be charged? Where should such estimated costs be indicated? 3. Please explain further on what is "management fee" referring to? What are examples of "inclusive of all costs"?    Answer :1. Thank you for your question, we will revise the financial returnable bidding form and upload in esourcing (please make sure you used the revision document)2. The training mostly Online, with some possibility of in-person training. In case the trainer arranges the travel themselves, the costs for travel will also be paid at-cost. Such arrangements should be agreed in advance with UNOPS and should be reflected in the issued Purchase Order as per TOR Section 5.4 3. We intend to remove the 'Management Fee' from the proposal. Our preference is a flat rate that is inclusive of all costs, including any requirements for the virtual sessions

As it is hard to make a budget without knowing the answers to the above-mentioned questionsCan you let us know if the consultant budget will be based on fee days or participant number to the training?Is there a consultant daily fee ceiling/ maximum?Answer :1. 5-10 trainings per year with an average of 25 participants2.
