Questions from Proposers: Bidders must email any questions regarding this RFP to Mya Thanda Chaw at mtchaw@unicef.org , Ye Htut at yhtut@unicef.org and Ayako Okamura at aokamura@unicef.org. The deadline for receipt of any questions is 21 April 2026 and 14:00 Hrs.

Bid Conference: A bid conference will be held at 2:00pm Myanmar Time on 9 April 2026. Interested proposers shall express the interest and send a list of participants (name, designation,email address) to Mya Thanda Chaw (mtchaw@unicef.org), Ye Htut (yhtut@unicef.org) and Ayako Okamura (aokamura@unicef.org) by 8 April 2026. A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be shared with the registered companies/participants.

Bid Submission: The supplier will submit Two separate Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:

 Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal: LRPS-2026 9203265 ". The following documents shall be submitted as the technical proposal submission:

1. Signed Services Form 
2. Annex J - Bid Securing Declaration Form

Email-2: Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal: LRPS-2026 9203265 ".
