Description
This ITB refers to the Supply, delivery and installation of Office Furniture for Sanitary-Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health Committee (SES) of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The requirement consists of 879 pcs of 23 items divided into 7 lots as per ITB/2026/62175: Section II_Schedule of Requirements and ITB/2026/62175: Section III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Form F_Technical Bid Form.

Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot.

New clarification added: Q4: Can a bidder propose laminated MDF for the tabletop work surface, provided it allows for regular cleaning, washing, and disinfection without changing color, structure, or protective properties?A4: Laminated MDF is acceptable for the tabletop work surface?

New amendment added #2: This ITB is has been further amended to correct a typo in Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms_Form E: Price Schedule Form. The correct quanity for the number of sofa sets is changed to 10 which is reflected in Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms_Form E: Price Schedule Form_REV2_10APR26.

New clarification added: Q2: Please clarify the required quantity of sofa sets as there is a discrepancy between Form E: Price Schedule Form and Form F: Technical Bid Form?A2: The correct quanity for the number of sofa sets is 10. The relevant changes will be reflected in Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms_Form E: Price Schedule Form_REV2_10APR26.

New clarification added: Q1: Can a foreign entities participate in the tender? If yes, is the local registration required? A1: The Bidder may have the nationality of any country. However, if the bidder is a non-resident entity of Republic of Uzbekistan, the bidder shall have a local representative in Republic of Uzbekistan for handlng the in-country services (installation, training, warranty and after-sales services).
