Sale of written-off UN IRMCT vehicles (Ambulance Toyota Land Cruiser and Nissan Patrol).

1) The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT, Arusha Branch) will shortly launch a competitive solicitation exercise to dispose by sale the written-off UN IRMCT vehicles (Ambulance Toyota Land Cruiser and Nissan Patrol) on an “as is where is” basis, without warranty. 2) The following item/quantity will be available for commercial sale: 2.1 ONE (1) USED AMBULANCE-4X4, TOYOTA, LANDCRUISER (CAPITALIZED ON 25 OCT 2000) 2.2 TWO (2) USED MOTOR VEHICLE NISSAN PATROL (CAPITALIZED ON 26 JAN 2012) 3. Full technical requirements and administrative instructions will be provided with the solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI. However, it should be noted that the goods are being sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 4. Please note that this request for expression of interest is not an invitation to submit a bid and submission of EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of solicitation documents. the IRMCT reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline 5.
