Description
1) The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT, Arusha Branch) will shortly launch a competitive solicitation exercise to dispose by sale the written-off UN IRMCT vehicles (Ambulance Toyota Land Cruiser and Nissan Patrol) on an “as is where is” basis, without warranty. 2) The following item/quantity will be available for commercial sale: 2.1 ONE (1) USED AMBULANCE-4X4, TOYOTA, LANDCRUISER (CAPITALIZED ON 25 OCT 2000) 2.2 TWO (2) USED MOTOR VEHICLE NISSAN PATROL (CAPITALIZED ON 26 JAN 2012) 3. Full technical requirements and administrative instructions will be provided with the solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI. However, it should be noted that the goods are being sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 4. Please note that this request for expression of interest is not an invitation to submit a bid and submission of EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of solicitation documents. the IRMCT reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline 5. Companies interested in being considered for shortlisting for receipt of the IRMCT solicitation document are requested to submit a Expression of Interest electronically before the closing date on Wednesday, 15 April 2026 at 14:00 hrs, Tanzania local time. 6. If you are interested in the sale, please notify the IRMCT Procurement by email at irmct-procurement@un.org (cc. fariala@un.org) or express you interest by returning the Vendor Response Form via the UNGM portal no later than the EOI’s Closing Date. Thank you for your interest Specific Requirements/Information 1) The Mandatory Site Visit will take place from 9 to 11 April 2026 at the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT, Arusha Branch) , where interested bidders can see the three (3) used UN-IRMCT Vehicles for sale . 2) Specific requirements may be further stipulated in the tender documentation  3) The UNGM registration is mandatory for responding to this EOI.
