The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors to express interest in its requirement for the Provision of Convoy Tracking System to UNAMA, Afghanistan UNAMA intends to establish a contract for the period of 3 years (1+1+1). The Services should include but not limited to : - Continuous subscription-based convoy tracking services - Real-time vehicle tracking and location monitoring - Communication connectivity for tracking devices - System access and monitoring support - Technical support and troubleshooting services - etc Please note that this notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors only. Specific Requirements/Information Minimum Eligibility Requirements: i. Valid Licence for provision of convoy tracking services or similar ii. Successful Previous experience of similar projects iii. United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) Registration is Mandatory. Company should be registered in UNGM. If not registered, you can register using the link ttps://www.ungm.org.Please provide proof of UNGM registration and level. Provide UNGM number as evidence of UNGM registration. Closing date for receipt of EOI response is on 15 April 2026. Note: UNAMA Procurement Unit encourages vendors /organizations of persons with disabilities to express interest in this requirement.
