Long–Term Agreement for engineering design services in Serbia (mid-value)

Amendment II refer to “2.4 Section 4. Evaluation Criteria – Qualifications Technical), *8 (Key Personnel), 2. Main Urban Planner” which has now been amended to be read as follows: “2. Main Urban Planner • MSc or equivalent in Architecture; • Holding the relevant license from the Serbian Chamber of Engineers no. 200; • Minimum 7 years of professional experience; • Having successfully conducted at least one urbanistic technical designs on the position of the main urbanist (planner) for the facilities described under the Requirement - Relevant experience – Urbanistic development designs (point no. 3 above).” The above amendment has been incorporated into the Quantum System and replaces the previous version. All other provisions/requirements of the subject Negotiation shall remain unchanged. Amendment I refer to the following: i) The TOR has now been amended on page 4, incorporated into the Quantum case no. UNDP-SRB-01180 and replaces the previous version. ii) The Requirements – Section 4. (Evaluation Criteria – Qualifications), Point 8 (Key Personnel) has now been amended in the Quantum case no. UNDP-SRB-01180 and replaces the previous version. All other provisions/requirements of the subject Negotiation shall remain unchanged.
