New clarification added: Dear Mr. Verma, Reference your clarificatoins our respone is as follows:Answer-1: Bidder will source this information.Answer-2: UNOPS will introduce the bidder to the concerned department and (or) the person, and the bidder will have to take this forward.Answer-3: Any evaluation work submitted to a client or published will be fine provided the bidder can supply proof.Answer-4: This is a qualifying criteria that bidder should have experience of working on Project evaluation or similar work . Therefore, the bidder can decide wheter the work they have done first qualifies as Proejct Evaluation and second whther that work was for any UN, International agencies. Best regards, UNOPS Team
