UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a national firm/organization for mapping, review and analysis of public sector performance measurement tools to inform the future of Viet Nam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI).

Objective of the assignment: Deliver a comprehensive mapping, review and analysis of governance and public administration performance measurement indices in Viet Nam to support the strategic reflection and dialogue on a next generation of metrices that will support citizen-centric, inclusive governance and public service delivery      

Duration of Assignment: April - June 2026
