IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) using the WHO electronic tendering portal, via the UNGM portal. To access the full WHO RFP details, request clarifications on the RFP, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system, vendors need to be registered with Basic Level as a WHO vendor on the UNGM portal and logged in to UNGM.

This Request for Proposal is not open to Individual bidders.

 

PLEASE NOTE: WHO normally expects Bidders to express their intention to bid short after the publication of the RFP. Clicking on the blue "Express Interest" or on the "Opt In" button (bottom of the "RFP Document" tab page) is not a formal Intention to Bid. Bidders must refer to the RFP documents to get detailed information on this process. The timely and successful registration with UNGM as well as the communication resulting from a bidder's inaccurate or wrong registration and will not modify the RFP process or timelines to accommodate such inconvenience.
