Description
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United Nations (UN) is to identify market capabilities and technologies to support UN operations in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety as well as Electronic Medical Records management. The UN is looking for a solution that addresses, but is not limited to, the following processes: Demographics records, Scheduling and Appointments, Clinic Visits, Clinical Testing, Clearances (employment and travel), Medical Charts, Imaging, Medical documents and Letters, Medications and Immunizations (including inventory management), Surveillance groups, Audiometric testing, Questionnaires, Absences, Case Management, Safety incident reporting, Incident management, Training management, Billing capabilities. The solution should allow for the creation of workflows to manage the above mentioned processes. The solution should provide reporting tools and mechanisms, such as the creation and management of custom reports as well as the ability to create dashboards within the application. The solution should provide advanced levels of security, customization and configuration, allowing the UN to control access to data and modules by roles, by location, by case types and by ad-hoc selection of records. It should also allow for screens to be customized. All access to records conducted in the system by users must be recorded, including viewing of records, and should be retrievable and traceable. The solution should also provide mechanims for control, that would allow or prevent actions based on conditions or data entered. This should be fully customizable. The solution should provide a mechanism to exchange information with external systems (HR, ERP, Laboratory). The solution should have a mechanism (portal) for employees of the organization to be able to access their own records, to schedule their own appointments and to submit information (such as questionnaires and incident reports) that will then be recorded in their files. The solution must allow for self-hosting by the United Nations. The solution should be regularly upgraded in response to new technological and functional developments and advances. The solution should be able to integrate with UN's Microsoft environment (Outlook, Teams, Azure). Specific Requirements/Information Interested vendors are requested to put forward information aligned with the above mentioned United Nations objectives and the specifications outlined in this RFI. Describe the architecture and design of the solution, including hosting options, technology stack, scalability and metrics. Describe all certification and regulations that the application is compliant with, including data privacy and accessibility certifications and standards. Describe mechanisms and approaches for encryption, access, authentication, roles, and logging and monitoring of activities Descirbe any mobile solutions available. Describe integration and interoperability approaches, including APIs, SSO and file management. Describe all reporting mechanisms and options. Describe in detail the availability/capability for each of the processes mentioned in the description of requirements. Describe in detail the availability/capability for additional occupational health and safety processes not mentioned in the description of requirements.
