UNICEF Maldives invites vendors to submit quotations for the Procurement of ICT Assistive Devices with the specifications provided in Annex A:

4. Annex A Specification
5. Annex B Specification submission template
6. Annex  C Price Schedule

Kindly note that the deadline for submission is 15:00 hrs on 15th April 2026.

ANY SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Proposals will be valid with the following documents

1. Price proposal with signature and stamp of the company (Annex C price schedule for submission), in the format provided.
2. Company registration
3. Company profile and full specification of the vendor (use Annex B) proposed items for evaluation
4. Duly Filled Bid Form & Declaration Form (Pages 2-4 of the Bid Document (LITB-2026-9203111). Make sure to read the Bid Clarification page to avoid wrong answers on the declaration form.
