Description

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Vaccination Services. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

Summary:

 

Medicals Services required for the International Criminal Court in The Hague providing Travel Vaccinations. Approximate number of staff requiring travel vaccinations = 350 per year in The Hague.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Working knowledge of the English language.
  2. Extended working hours including Saturdays and evenings
  3. Operating premises for vaccinations located in The Hague
  4. Proven experience with providing Travel vaccinations for (expatriate) international staff of UN/International Organizations.
  5. LCR Travel Clinic registration including Yellow Fever vaccination license.
  6. Specialized knowledge and a standardised approach to ensure effective vaccine storage, handling, and stock (according to the UN WHO Guidelines for the international procurement of vaccines and sera 1998).
  7. Rigorous temperature control in the cold chain; and maintenance of adequate logistics management information systems.
  8. Travellers requiring last minute vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis and issuance of travel medical kits out of office hours and occasionally on weekends.

 

 

The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Proposal document that will be sent to the firms who respond to this EOI and emerge successfully from the evaluation against the selection criteria.
