Provision of Conference, Hotel and Restaurant Services in municipalities of Gjilan/Gnjilane, Mitrovicë/Mitrovica South, Ferizaj/Uroševac and Prizren

One of the main mechanisms of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo to fulfil its goals is through organizing various local, regional and international events including but not limited to: workshops, trainings, seminars, round tables, conferences, meetings, etc. The events are attended by the OSCE officials, diplomats, public officials, experts, representatives of international organizations, NGOs, etc.

The aim of this Request for Proposal is to contract a number of service providers in municipalities of Gjilan/Gnjilane, Mitrovicë/Mitrovica South, Ferizaj/Uroševac and Prizren, to provide services related to:

- Hotel Accommodation;

- Rental of Conference Facilities and Services; and

- Restaurant and Catering.

A pre-tender meeting has been scheduled for 01 April 2026, 11:00 CET hrs. The meeting will be conducted online via Zoom. Vendors can register for participation in the pre-tender meeting by downloading the bidding documents from OSCE Tender web-page. All vendors who download the bidding document before the 9:00 on the day of the meeting will receive an email with Zoom credentials to the email used for accessing the bidding documents. The language of the pre-tender meeting and the site visit is English.
