Provision of UN and Member States Flags and Accessories

The United Nations (UN) intends to establish a global systems contract for the provision of UN Flags and Accessories for an initial period of three (3) years with the UN's sole option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods (3+1+1), subject to satisfactory contractor performance. The requirements are as follow: - Multiple sets of member states' flags and the UN flag for outside and inside use. - Accessories for flags such as flag poles and stands. - The detailed specifications and other contractual terms and conditions shall be outlined in the upcoming Invitation to Bid (ITB). The flags may be deployed to global peacekeeping operations and special political missions (https://www.unmissions.org), and United Nations Agencies, Funds, Programmes and Organizations (https://www.un.org/en/aboutus/un-system) as well as to locations including UN Headquarters in New York. The resulting systems contract will require the provision of the item on an 'as required basis': Specific Requirements/Information Companies that wish to participate in the upcoming tender are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by submitting the electronic Vendor Response Form as per below instructions. Suppliers must be duly registered as a UN Secretariat vendor in the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org) at the Basic Level or above to participate in the upcoming tender. Vendors are advised that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation. The UN reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
