The requirement consists of two items containing the following:
1) Computed Tomography for radiation therapy planning with accessories
2) Ultrasound system for liver diseases diagnostics

New amendment added #1: The ITB has been amended in order to replace "ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements.pdf" with "ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements_REV_25MAR2026.pdf" that introduces:a) amendment made to the "Delivery time for the services";b) Annex 1 with generic drawing of the rooms allocated for CT and SPECT-CT scanners.

New clarification added: Q2: As per, "Section II.2f - Designs and Drawings" clause, a reference is made to "Annexes 1" where the layout and the section details of the room allocated for the installation of the CT-scanner and the SPECT-CT scanner should be located. Please provide the Annex for our review as it is missing in the "ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements". A2: "ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements" document has been updated by adding "Annex 1" with the drawings. The revised version of "ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements.pdf" will be uploaded in this ITB.

New clarification added: Q1: In "Section II.3: Delivery requirements" of the "ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements.pdf" the following is stated: Delivery time for the services - Bidders shall deliver the goods from Tashkent to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology and perform the related services within 120 days after goods’ arrival to their warehouse in Tashkent (or its vicinity). While, in clause 1.2. "Delivery requirements for the goods are detailed in Table 2 below." of the "Section_IV_Contract_forms.pdf" the Delivery time (from Contract signature date) to DPU final destinations per the Table 3 - 120 Days. Does this mean 120 days for DPU delivery + 120 days for services delivery = 240 days total? A1: Delivery timeline to the Oncology Center and performance of the related services aftter goods arrival to contractor's warehouse in Tashkent (or its vicinity) in "Section II.3: Delivery requirements" of the "ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements.pdf" has been changed from 120 days to 30 days to align with the delivery timeline requirements stipulated in the documents: "Section_IV_Contract_forms.pdf" and "Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Form D_Technical specifications for goods". A revised version of "ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements.pdf" will be uploaded in this ITB.
