The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit bid for Supply, Installation, and Testing of ICT Works for the Administrative Building for Kidane Mehret Catholic General Hospital, Adwa, Tigray, Ethiopia in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Qoutation (RFQ).

New clarification added: Vendor Clarification RequestCan we know the grade(1,2,3,.....?) and criteria(BC,GC,.....?) for competition clearly?Thank you. UNOPS ResponseSince this is a hybrid contract for ICT works (combining goods supply and installation), there is no specific general grading requirement. The essential criterion is for a contractor to be specialized in the supply and installation of ICT works.

New clarification added: Vendor Clarification RequestWe would respectfully submit our request for clarification on Article 4 of the Instruction to Bidders, as we intend to submit our quotation as a Joint Venture.Could you please clarify whether, in the event of a Joint Venture, each member of the Joint Venture should individually comply with all mandatory eligibility and other requirements or whether the Joint Venture as a whole should comply with such requirements, whereby the qualifications of one member may be considered to meet the criteria on behalf of the JV?We would be grateful for your kind guidance on this matter. Thank you for your kind assistance in this regard.UNOPS ResponsePlease be informed that Joint Venture is not applicable for this tender.

New clarification added: Vendor Clarification RequestWe would like to kindly request clarification regarding the required bid security amount for the tender issued for Adwa Kidane Mihret Catholic General Hospital with Ref no: RFQ/2026/61503.While reviewing the tender documents, we could not clearly identify the exact bid security amount to be submitted with the bid. We would therefore appreciate it if you could confirm the specific bid security value and any related submission requirements.Your clarification will help us ensure full compliance with the tender requirements.Thank you for your support and cooperation.UNOPS ResponseBid security is not require. However; the awarded bidder required to bring 5% of Performance Security of the total awarded value upon contract signature.
