Re-advertised: Call for Proposal - Professional photography and videography service to the ILO Vision Zero Fund and CLEAR Supply Chain

The International Labour Organization (ILO) Country Office in Viet Nam invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the provision of photography and videography services under the Vision Zero Fund (VZF) and CLEAR Supply Chains projects during 2026.

The selected service provider will deliver professional documentary photography and videography services to support project implementation, communication, and visibility activities. Assignments may include field-based documentation, stakeholder engagement, training events, and production of digital communication materials.

This notice constitutes a re-advertisement of the consultancy opportunity previously published on 12-FEB-2026

All interested applicants, including those who submitted proposals under the previous call, are invited to submit a new proposal in response to this re-advertisement. Previous submissions will not be considered.

Submission Requirements:

Interested service providers are invited to submit a proposal including:

• Company profile and relevant portfolio, including samples of documentary photography and/or videography work (particularly in field-based, rural, or community settings);
• CVs of key personnel proposed for the assignment;
• Financial proposal based on a unit-rate structure as specified in the TOR.
