Dear Sir/Madam,

 

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Supply Unit in Yangon, Myanmar, invites qualified local transporters to submit their proposals for the PROVISION OF INLAND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FROM TAUNGGYI TO DISTRIBUTION SITES in response to UNHCR Request for Quotation 26/HCR/MMR/SUP/RFQ/001

 

The RFQ consists of the following –

  1. RFQ Cover Letter: 26/HCR/MMR/SUP/RFQ/001
  2. Annex A – Terms of Reference for the provision of inland transportation service from Taunggyi to distribution sites
  3. Annex B – Technical Offer Form
  4. Annex C – Financial Offer Form
  5. Annex D – GENERAL CONDITION OF CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
  6. Annex E – UN SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
  7. Annex F – Vendor Registration Form (Commercial Suppliers)

We would appreciate receiving your quotation by or before 31-Mar-2026 - COB by e-mail to Yangon Supply Unit at myayasupply@unhcr.org

 

Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of [15] Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission. 

Please indicate in the e-mail subject field:

  • 26/HCR/MMR/SUP/RFQ/001
  • Name of your firm
  • Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2) 

The standard payment terms of UNHCR are net 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR. The payment will be through bank transfer, and the bank account name should be the same as the name of the bidder’s company.
