Catering Services for 15 individuals - 08 – 09 April 2026

Catering Services (08 – 09 April 2026) The ILO is hereby requesting suppliers for full day catering services to be delivered at the Ministry of Justice and Labour Relations at 32 Mercedes Street Khomasdal – 4th floor on the 08th and 09th April 2026 for 15 individuals as follows: 08h30 Bottled water and Table mints: To be placed on table prior to the arrival of officials to the meeting. 08h30 Arrival Tea: The meeting will be commence at 09am every morning on both days – Arrival tea station should be up and running by then. 10h45 Morning tea: An assortment of light food items and tea/juice are to be set up at the designated station for morning tea. 13h00 Lunch: A buffet menu accompanied by a soft drink 13h50 Bottled water and Table mints refill 15h45 Afternoon tea: An assortment of light fruit items and tea/juice are to be set up at the designated station for morning tea.
