Call for External Collaborator – ILO – MoSA Liaison and coordination on Economic Inclusion

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator: MoSA Liaison Focal Point Below is a summary of the work to be performed: As part of an ongoing cooperation between the ILO and the Ministry of Social Affairs, the ILO is providing technical assistance, policy advice, and capacity-building support to MoSA to improve implementation of the MoSA economic inclusion strategy and coordination across social protection, employment promotion, and social inclusion interventions. Effective coordination between the ILO and MoSA are essential to ensure the timely implementation of activities, facilitate information sharing, and strengthen institutional linkages. The External Collaborator will provide technical input, coordination, and validation from MoSA’s side to ensure that all technical deliverables are coherent with MoSA’s policies, operational frameworks, and institutional priorities. To support these efforts, the ILO seeks to engage aExternal Collaborator who will serve as a focal point and liaison between the two institutions. The External Collaborator will play a key role in coordinating joint initiatives, providing technical and administrative support, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to the achievement of programme objectives.
