Description of the Assignment:  International consultant on green finance resource mobilization and development of Concept Notes to Green Climate Fund

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): Home-based, with one 3-day mission and one 2-day mission to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
