REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) -EOI/SUD CO003/2026- SUPPLY OF DIESEL FUEL FOR WFP -SUDAN

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) Office in Sudan requires a reliable local supply of high-quality International Standard Grade - HSD (High-Speed Diesel Fuel), as per Annex I, to support its operational activities nationwide for LV/AV/Truck fleet operations, generators, and other UN Agencies supported by WFP.

WFP Sudan has the following offices nationwide where the fuel is to be supplied in bulk: Atbara, Al Dabbah, Damazin, Gadarif, Kassala, Khartoum, Kosti, Port Sudan, and Wad Madani. In these and other locations, the supplier should use their own (or a subcontracted) network of fuel stations across Sudan’s states to refuel the client’s equipment on a permanent basis. Some of the additional locations include: Shendi, Damir, Karima, Wadi Halfa, etc.
