WFP is Request for Information (RFI) aiming to determining the capacity, interest, and availability of potential suppliers in the market to deliver Fertiliser - Thus WFP would like to invite your company to participate in this (RFI ) exercise as per the below requirement
Product Information
- Fertilizer types supplied (Urea, DAP, Liquid NPK)
- Compliance with SSMO standards
- Product brochures or technical sheets (if available)
Information Required & information from Suppliers – in RFI document
certifications
- SSMO approval (if applicable)
- ISO certifications (optional)
- Any other relevant quality certifications
Submission Method

Deadline for Submission
All RFI responses must be submitted no later than:🕒 31 March 2026 – 16:00 (Sudan Time) and Late submissions may not be considered for the prequalification process.

- Submission of an RFI response does not guarantee invitation to the tender.
- Suppliers will be shortlisted based on compliance, capacity, relevance, and completeness of information.
- WFP may request additional information or clarifications if needed.
- All information submitted will be treated confidentially and used solely for procurement planning.
Please also fine attached the Supplier Registration form, for your kind review and completion. Kindly ensure to submit ALL relevant supporting documents to enable assessing your company’s technical and financial capacity along with the completed signed and stamped RFI form.
