UNICEF has now issued a : Request for Proposals] in order to select a supplier for the provision of Graphics Design, Copywriting and Copyediting Long‑Term Arrangement (LTA) UNICEF Nigeria is pleased to invite your company to submit a proposal in response to the enclosed Request for Proposals (RFP) for the establishment of a Long‑Term Arrangement (LTA) for the provision of graphics design, copywriting, and copyediting services. This RFP is being issued in accordance with UNICEF’s standard procurement procedures to identify qualified service providers capable of delivering high‑quality visual and written communication products that support UNICEF’s advocacy, communication, and programme priorities in Nigeria. The assignment covers a wide range of communication outputs — including publications, reports, infographics, social media materials, campaign assets, scripts, and editorial products — and will be conducted in line with UNICEF’s branding, editorial, accessibility and child‑safeguarding standards. The Long‑Term Arrangement will be established for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of extension based on performance and programme needs. Services will be requested through call‑off assignments, and no minimum volume is guaranteed. You are kindly requested to review the Terms of Reference carefully and submit your technical and financial proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the solicitation document. All proposals must include the required documentation, including company registration, portfolio samples, CVs of proposed personnel, and reference information, as outlined in the RFP. Please ensure that your proposal is prepared and submitted in English, and in compliance with the submission format and deadline indicated in the RFP document.
