Long-Term Agreement [LTA] for Provision of Conference Facilities, Hotel & Accommodation Services to UNDP and UN Agencies in Bangkok, Thailand

Deadline of Bid-Submission : 10 April 2026 at 17.00 hrs.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)Bangkok Regional Hub hereby invites the hotels in Bangkok to participate in a competitive bidding process for the establishment of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for conference facilities, accommodation, and related services. The LTAs will cover the period from June 2026 to June 2029, supporting UNDP and other UN agencies that regularly conduct workshops, trainings, and conferences in Bangkok.

    • Pre-bid conference is scheduled on 25 March 2026 at 10.00 Hrs Bangkok, Thailand

    • Venue: via Zoom (by invitation/upon registration)
    • Interested bidders please confirm their interest to participate in the by sending email to Procurement.th@undp.org by 23 March 2026. 
    • Minutes of the Pre-bid conference will be disseminated by Direct communication to prospective Bidders by email and posting on the Negotiation UNDP-BRC-00224
