UNICEF has now issued a : Request for Proposals] in order to select a supplier for the provision of Videography & Photography Long-Term Agreement (LTA) RFP Title: Videography & Photography Long-Term Agreement (LTA) RFP Reference Number: RFPS-2026-9203000 Section & Unit: Communications, Advocacy & Partnerships (CAP) Location of Assignment: Nigeria – Nationwide Coverage Language: English Type of Contract: Long-Term Agreement (2 Years) – With Possible Extension Issuing Office: UNICEF Nigeria Country Office, Abuja, Nigeria Purpose of the RFP UNICEF Nigeria seeks proposals from qualified companies to provide professional videography, photography, and production services to support the documentation, communication, and visibility needs of UNICEF programmes and emergency response activities nationwide. This RFP aims to establish a non‑exclusive Long‑Term Arrangement (LTA) for high‑quality production services that meet UNICEF’s branding, safeguarding, and editorial standards. Key Service Areas Covered • Videography (filming, interviews, B‑rolls, short films) • Photography (documentary, editorial, humanitarian coverage) • Video editing & subtitling (SRT format) • Story‑based visual documentation • Emergency rapid deployment • Compliance with UNICEF safeguarding, branding & identity guidelines Duration of the LTA 24 Months (with possibility of extension based on performance and needs) Submission Details Submission Deadline: April 6, 2026, BY 10AM Nigerian Time.
