The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for the provision of Maintenance of Laboraotry Equipment for Cambodia in accordance with UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

New clarification added: Dear Sir/madam,We have received the following queries and would like to share our clarificatin as below:Query: Please advise on the type of pipettes and sizes to be calibrated and please provide all the serial numbers and models of all the instruments.UNOPS Clarification: The pipettes are single-chanel pipettes and capacity of the pipettes is 10ul, 20ul, 100ul, 200ul and 1000ul. The pipettes are of brand Eppendorf and Vitlab. The serial numbers and models will be provided to contracted suppliers.

New amendment added #1: Dear Sir/Madam,We would like to inform you that the following amendments are made to this Request for Quotation.(i) Deadline for Clarification is extended to 26 March 2026 at 12;00 Hrs (Phnom Penh, Cambodia Time)(ii) Deadline for Quotation Submission is extended to 02 April 2026 at 17: 000 Hrs (Phnom Penh, Cambodia Time)(iii) The quantity of microscope required for maintenance service under Lot#3 is amended to 20 Units. Amended Section II-Schedule of Requirements and Section III-Returnable Bidding Forms are enclosed in the Section Documents of this Request for Quotation.Best Regards,UNOPS
