Description

1. Purpose:

1.1 UNICEF Myanmar aims to procure Submersible Solar Water Pumps and Related Items through this ITB.

2. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening:

2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows:

9:00am Myanmar Time, on 1 April 2026. Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to procurementyangon@unicef.org in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LITB-2026-9202959 in the subject line.

Late bids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.

2.2 Bidders will submit Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org and should include the following documents;

  • Signed Bid Form (Page 3-5 of this document)
  • Technical Offers including Technical Data Sheet for all Items
  • Annex B: Financial Proposal Template
  • Annex C: Supplier Profile Template

2.3 Bidders are responsible for organizing the proposal documents in a clearly structured manner for easy identification of relevant documents in the proposal evaluation. Please clearly label and mark the documents with relevant item numbers (if applicable).
