Description

The purpose of this assignment is to assist IOC in the maintenance and upgrading of the current OTGA platform and its e-Learning resources, in support of global training activities. The consultant will be responsible for the following activities: • Support content providers on course design and presentation to develop e-Learning materials for OTGA training courses; • Assist OTGA secretariat with training operations, including uploading content and training resources to OTGA e-Learning platform, course management, training delivery, and user support; Page 3 of 12 IOC/OST/IC/030/26 Attachment A – Terms of Reference (TOR) • Update existing OTGA e-Learning content, including reporting and assessment tools to ensure it meets course management guidelines, standards, and that the IOC Results Framework can be reported against; • Explore, test, and implement new e-Learning tools for OTGA training courses (for Moodle); and • Develop new documentation, guidelines, and training resources on the use of OTGA eLearning platform (create tutorials and lead information sessions).
