Amendment No. 2
With reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 16 March 2026, IMO wishes to issue this Amendment no. 2 to the RFP to extend the RFP deadline.
The deadline for submission to the RFP has been extended to 4 May 2026 (12:00 hrs, UK Time), from 20 April 2026, (12:00 hrs, UK Time)

a - Extend RFP Deadline: The deadline for submission to the RFP has been extended to 20 April 2026 (12:00 hrs, UK Time), instead of 6 April 2026, (12:00 hrs, UK Time),
b - Provide the responses to the clarifications raised by bidder(s)

3 In submitting a proposal, the bidder accepts in full and without restriction the requirements of this RFP including the Terms of Reference and the IMO General Conditions Services as the sole basis of this tender process, and waives his own conditions of sale, whatever they may be. Bidders should not submit a proposal if they are unable to accept the IMO Terms and Conditions, as per Annex B.
4 Proposals must be received by the IMO no later than 06 April 2026, 12:00 hours (UK Time). Proposals received after the designated time will be automatically rejected. Proposals are to be transmitted online via the IMO procurement portal. Submission of proposals by other means is not accepted.
