New clarification added: Whilst we work on meeting your exact requirements, we would be most grateful if you could kindly clarify the below:Question 1 For export control purposes relating to the manufacturer we would be grateful if you could kindly advise whether a mutilateral instituion such as the World Bank or similar is funding the procurement for the consignee, who is this case is the UGP in Madagascar. Grateful if you could please forward a weblink which details the project and subsequent funding?Answer 1We inform that this a Government Project de Préparation aux Pandémies et prestation de services de Santé de Base (PPSB) and coordinated by UGP which is the Coordinating Unit; with the World Bank Financing. UNOPS as one of the Government Partners is in charge of the "Acquisitions and Rehabilitations to strengthen the capacities of 24 laboratories for the PPSB Project .But we cannot share as part of the tender more details regarding the project and fundings.Question 2We currently feel that the current 8 day window for a response is rather short due to the planning that needs to go behind the bid and we would be grateful if you could please consider an extension of an additional two weeks.Thanking you in advanceAnswer 2 Due to strict project timelines, we cannot at this stage extend the submission deadlines for an additional two weeks. We may extend for few days (without confirming), therefore we encourage bidders to do the maximum to meet the current deadlines.Best regards
