Please find attached the Terms of Reference with the specifications and the required forms to be fulfilled. The BID FORM (pages 3 to 5) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with the technical and financial offers. If the BID FORM (pages 3 to 5) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.

Your offer comprising a Technical Proposal, Price Proposal and the BID FORM (pages 3 to 5) filled and signed should be sent to Pacificbids@unicef.org by the deadline 6th April 2026 (11:59 Fiji Time). Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

It is important that you read all of the provisions of the Request for Proposal to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a bid in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.

- Two-year set of financial statements for the full financial year (preferably audited)

- Certificate of Incorporation (Business License)

- UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) registration number. (If your company is not registered on UNGM you can create a profile in the UNGM
