Call for External Collaborators -- Develop and Deliver Training on Fair Recruitment in Pakistan - under AFSLM Project

• Design Training Agenda: Develop a two-day agenda for three workshops (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi) based on the ILO Fair Recruitment Toolkit and General Principles. • Develop Training Materials: Prepare presentations, handouts, facilitator guides, exercises, case studies, and assessment tools tailored to the Pakistani context. • Deliver Training Workshops: Facilitate three interactive two-day sessions using participatory methods, role-plays, and group exercises. • Assess and Evaluate Learning: Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and gather participant feedback to measure knowledge gains. • Reporting and Documentation: Submit a final report summarizing trainings, lessons learned, participant engagement, and recommendations, along with all materials in editable format.
