Provision of Ordinary Portland or Portland Pozzolana Cement in Beni for United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the Provision of Ordinary Portland or Portland Pozzolana Cement in Beni for United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The following will be the requirement: a) Proven experience in supplying cement or similar products for at least three (3) years; c) Ability to supply: - Portland cement that complies with ASTM C150, ASTM C190 & ASTM C191 or BS12/1996 or EN 197-1-CEM I 42.5N or equivalent international standards; - Portland pozzolana cement - IS1489-1(1991), CEM II B-P- 32.5 N or equivalent international standards; d) Capable of delivering goods DAP Beni, DRC within two (2) weeks after receiving Purchase Order (PO). c) Basic Level of registartion in UNGM. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid. MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the documents; MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOI’s received after the deadline indicated below.
